Our Mission
UMADAOP Lucas County’s mission revolves around providing prevention and treatment services for substance use disorders and mental health issues. We offer recovery support and re-entry services aimed at promoting health, safety, wellness, and productive lifestyles for children, families, and communities.
Who We Serve
UMADAOP Lucas County serves residents of Toledo and communities throughout Lucas County, located in Northwest Ohio. Our prevention programs are tailored for youth, adults, and families, ensuring age-appropriate and impactful support for every stage of life.

In-Kind Donations
In-kind donations are welcome and help us keep programs running strong. Please note we are only able to accept certain items that directly support our participants and community programs.
Accepted Items: - School supplies (notebooks, pens, pencils, folders, backpacks, etc.)
- Games and books for youth programs
- Art supplies (crayons, markers, paints, brushes, craft paper, etc.)
- Gift cards (gas cards, grocery stores, office supply stores)
- First aid kits & hygiene kits
- Catering services for program events or community gatherings
Not Accepted:
- Food or beverages (perishable or non-perishable)
- Sports equipment
- Items unrelated to program needs
